AVOID Frydays Billingham placed order online and paid by card, food was accepted for delivery at 19:50pm, food never arrived! Kept ringing shop to see online it closed at 8:30, rang feed me online who directly called shop owner to be told ‘food was delivered to wrong address, they could make my order tomorrow or give me a full refund which will take 3-5 working days’

It's usually fantastic but last night it was the worst ever the chip buttie was dry the chips where like plastic and all scraps not worth eating. I ordered 2 small sausage and the gave me a large halved. The tub of curry was not worth the amount fir a large. Ill not be ordering again.

payed 9.99 for JUMBO cod and chips and it arrived had half a fish then another completely different piece of fish shot in the box with it as it was really chunky compared to the one cm thick piece and therewas hardly no chips with it at all curry and gravy were cold and runny usd to be adecent place but wont be back now
