Absolutely disgusting. Waited 2 hours for one cod bit and chips 17.30 for a tiny portion absolutely disgusting!!! My daughter should be in bed by now but she's had to starve for two hours and wait for her food!!! My house is a 2 minute walk from the shop so no excuses as to why it took two hours! I used to always buy from here and now it's an overpriced joke!

Online collection order, asked for scraps in the ask the cook section, unfortunately there was no scrap's supplied. The meals we ordered were not really as hot as normal, so a little bit disappointed overall as normally the food is top notch.????

Not really a jumbo fish it was 2 pieces, chips weren’t large more like a big medium size .. very nice just portion sizes were skimpy.

AVOID Frydays Billingham placed order online and paid by card, food was accepted for delivery at 19:50pm, food never arrived! Kept ringing shop to see online it closed at 8:30, rang feed me online who directly called shop owner to be told ‘food was delivered to wrong address, they could make my order tomorrow or give me a full refund which will take 3-5 working days’

It's usually fantastic but last night it was the worst ever the chip buttie was dry the chips where like plastic and all scraps not worth eating. I ordered 2 small sausage and the gave me a large halved. The tub of curry was not worth the amount fir a large. Ill not be ordering again.

Portion sizes have decreased and prices gone up. Food arrived cold and was excessively greasely. The quality has really gone down hill lately. Waited an hour for poor quality/standard off cold food.
